We provide each patient the time and attention she deserves. Our services are out of network, but documentation for you to submit to your insurance company will be available through the Patient Portal. Your visit may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
Other Important Details for Your Visit
Payment is expected before your first visit. If you are receiving a Comprehensive Care Plan, options for monthly payments are available.Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Note there may be separate fees for additional procedures and testing.
We are not currently accepting Medicare patients. Please check back since this will change at a later date.
We value the time we put aside for each patient. A fee of $50 will be charged for no-shows or appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance. Unanticipated no-shows and late cancellations leave large gaps in the doctor's schedule and increase the wait time for scheduling appointments.
